Anti-bio-ADM antibodies (such as **adrecizumab**) modulate circulating ADM levels to stabilize the endothelial barrier and improve vascular tone. This personalized medicine approach aims to match specific antibody therapies to patients based on their unique molecular signatures of circulatory failure.
