Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**anti-EpCAM PARs** is an investigational preclinical **cell therapy** from **Tychon Biosciences** built on the company's **PAR-T** platform, a non-genetic protease-activated receptor T-cell approach for cancer treatment. The therapy uses chemically self-assembled nanorings acting as prosthetic antigen receptors to decorate T cells with bispecific **alphaEpCAM/alphaCD3** binding activity, thereby redirecting T cells to recognize and kill **EpCAM-expressing** tumor cells. It is being developed for **solid tumors**, including **breast cancer** and **colon cancer**, and is described in company materials as a discovery-stage to proof-of-concept-stage program rather than a clinical-stage asset.
