An anti-gamma-delta TCR antibody is a monoclonal antibody designed to target the gamma-delta T-cell receptor (γδ TCR) on the surface of gamma-delta T cells. γδ T cells are a unique subset of T lymphocytes that bridge innate and adaptive immunity, playing critical roles in tumor surveillance, mucosal defense, and autoimmune regulation.
