This therapeutic regimen is a combination therapy developed by Mashhad University of Medical Sciences for the eradication of *Helicobacter pylori* infection. It consists of oral anti-*H. pylori* IgY antibodies, administered as egg yolk powder, used as an adjunct to a standard triple therapy comprising the proton pump inhibitor omeprazole and the antibiotics amoxicillin and clarithromycin. The IgY antibodies, derived from the egg yolks of immunized hens, provide passive immunity by binding to bacterial surface antigens, which inhibits the adhesion of *H. pylori* to the gastric mucosa and potentially neutralizes bacterial virulence factors. This combination approach is intended to enhance the bacterial eradication rate and improve clinical symptoms in patients suffering from gastritis or peptic ulcers associated with *H. pylori* infection.
