Anti-helicobacter pylori urease immunoglobulin Y antibody is a polyclonal IgY antibody preparation produced by immunizing chickens (hens) with recombinant or purified *Helicobacter pylori* urease antigens, then isolating the IgY antibodies from the egg yolk. These antibodies specifically target the urease enzyme of *H. pylori*, a bacterial pathogen that colonizes the human stomach and is implicated in chronic gastritis, peptic ulcers, and gastric cancer. By binding to urease, the antibody inhibits its enzymatic activity, reducing bacterial virulence and adhesion, and attenuating the infection. The product is researched as a non-antibiotic therapy for the control or prevention of *H. pylori* infection. Oral administration of anti-*H. pylori* urease IgY has shown the ability to reduce bacterial load, inhibit gastric colonization, and alleviate gastric mucosal injury in animal models; early clinical trials confirm decreased gastric *H. pylori* activity but do not show eradication when used alone. It is developed as a functional food, dietary supplement, or adjunct to standard eradication therapy, and is known for stability under moderate heat and gastrointestinal conditions[1][2][3].
