Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anti-hPD-L1 is a research-grade monoclonal antibody developed by InvivoGen for use in preclinical mouse models. It features a variable region identical to that of atezolizumab, a fully humanized IgG1 antibody targeting human Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1). By blocking the PD-L1/PD-1 signaling pathway, the antibody prevents tumor cells from evading immune detection. InvivoGen offers several isotype variants, including anti-hPD-L1-mIgG1 (containing a mouse IgG1 Fc region to reduce immunogenicity in murine studies) and anti-hPD-L1-hIgG1 (an atezolizumab biosimilar). These reagents are intended for laboratory research only and are not approved for human therapeutic or diagnostic use.
