Anti-human CD70 T-cell injection, also known by the code name HRAIN0701, is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Hrain Biotechnology. This cell-based immunotherapy is designed to treat advanced or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) by targeting CD70 (cluster of differentiation 70), a member of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily that is highly expressed on the surface of RCC cells but has limited expression in normal tissues. The treatment process involves collecting a patient's T cells, genetically engineering them ex vivo to express a CAR specific for CD70, and then re-infusing them into the patient to induce a targeted anti-tumor immune response. The therapy is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary therapeutic activity in patients with advanced renal malignancies.
