Anti-IL-10R1 monoclonal antibody is a laboratory-produced monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to and blocks the interleukin-10 receptor 1 (IL-10R1), a component of the IL-10 receptor complex involved in immunoregulation. IL-10R1 is widely expressed on immune cells such as T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes, and macrophages. By inhibiting IL-10R1, the antibody prevents IL-10 from exerting its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, thereby enhancing T helper type 1 (Th1) immune responses, increasing pro-inflammatory cytokines (like interferon gamma), and stimulating anti-tumor immunity. This mechanism has been explored mainly in the context of cancer immunotherapy (especially bladder cancer) and immunologic research, but has also been considered in autoimmunity and vaccine adjuvant applications[1][3][5]. The antibody is generally used in preclinical models and research; there is no evidence it is marketed or approved for clinical use.
