Anti-IL10R refers to monoclonal antibodies or engineered cell therapies (such as CAR-T cells) designed to target the Interleukin-10 receptor (IL-10R). By blocking the IL-10/IL-10R axis, these agents inhibit the potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling of IL-10, which is often exploited by tumors and pathogens to evade the immune system. In oncology, anti-IL10R blockade aims to reverse T-cell exhaustion and enhance the efficacy of other immunotherapies, while in infectious diseases, it can restore functional T-cell responses. Preclinical research has demonstrated its potential in treating diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and chronic liver injury, as well as improving vaccine responsiveness and treating certain inflammatory conditions.
