Overview

Anti-influenza siRNA-MNM is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate developed by Interna Therapeutics for the treatment of influenza. The drug utilizes small interfering RNA (siRNA) to target and silence a highly conserved sequence within the influenza virus genome, thereby inhibiting viral replication. It is delivered using Interna's proprietary MNM (Molecular Nano-Mesh) delivery platform, which is designed for efficient intracellular delivery of oligonucleotides. The drug is administered via the intranasal route to target the primary site of infection in the respiratory tract.
