Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anti-Light Shield 509 (逆光盾509) is a proprietary botanical complex developed by Chando Group and JAK Technology, consisting of tea seed oil, tea extract, and Terminalia chebula fruit extract. It is designed for Asian skin photoprotection, hydration, and skin barrier integrity. The complex acts by downregulating miR-509-5p expression, which is upregulated upon ultraviolet radiation (UVR) exposure. By suppressing miR-509-5p, Anti-Light Shield 509 restores the expression of Hypoxia-Inducible Factor-1α (HIF-1α), a key regulator involved in epidermal renewal, barrier repair, and protection against oxidative stress. It is incorporated into Chando Group's Spring Summer (春夏) sunscreen product line to prevent photoaging.
