Anti-LILRB4 ADC is an **antibody-drug conjugate** that combines a humanized monoclonal antibody directed against leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor B4 (**LILRB4**, also known as ILT3) with a cytotoxic payload, typically **monomethyl auristatin F** (MMAF), attached via a specialized linker.
