The anti-mouse Cd39 antibody is an engineered monoclonal antibody designed to target murine CD39 (ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-1). Developed for research in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), this antibody is specifically engineered with isotype selection and the removal of fucose (afucosylation) to enhance its interaction with Fc receptors (FcR). Its mechanism involves promoting the redistribution of CD39 from AML cells to effector immune cells through FcR-mediated trogocytosis, thereby reducing the immunosuppressive effects of CD39 and enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents like daunorubicin in experimental models.
