Overview

Anti-mouse PD1 antibodies are research-grade monoclonal antibodies designed to target murine programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1, CD279). These biologics are primarily used as laboratory tools in preclinical mouse models to study immune checkpoint regulation. By binding to murine PD-1, these antibodies typically block its interaction with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, thereby preventing the suppression of T-cell activity and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses in syngeneic mouse models. They are widely utilized in oncology research (e.g., melanoma, colon carcinoma) and inflammatory disease studies. These reagents are strictly for research use only (RUO) and are not approved for clinical use in humans.
