Anti-mouse tissue factor ADC is an **antibody-drug conjugate** specifically designed to target **mouse tissue factor (TF)**, a cell membrane protein highly expressed in various tumors and stromal cells in mouse models[5]. The ADC consists of a rat-derived monoclonal antibody against mouse tissue factor conjugated to the cytotoxic agent **monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)** via a cleavable chemical linker[5]. Upon binding to tissue factor, the ADC is internalized into tumor and stromal cells, where the linker is enzymatically cleaved, releasing MMAE to disrupt microtubules, induce apoptosis, and trigger potent, selective antitumor effects[5]. The ADC delivers cytotoxicity selectively to tissue factor-positive tumor, vascular, and stromal cells and shows strong efficacy in preclinical mouse pancreatic cancer models[5].
