Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anti-MUC1* C2 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic program being developed by Minerva Biotechnologies. It targets MUC1*, the cleaved, oncogenic form of the MUC1 transmembrane protein that is expressed on a wide variety of solid tumors. The program explores two distinct modalities: bispecific antibodies (BsAbs), designed to recruit and activate effector cells against MUC1*-expressing cancer cells, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), which utilize the anti-MUC1* antibody to deliver cytotoxic payloads directly to the tumor site.
