Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination therapy consisting of an anti-PD-1 antibody (checkpoint inhibitor) plus two selective RET inhibitors (pralsetinib and selpercatinib). The anti-PD-1 component blocks the interaction between PD-1 and PD-L1, enhancing T-cell function and boosting immune response against cancer cells. Pralsetinib and selpercatinib are highly selective RET inhibitors that target RET gene rearrangements. This combination approach potentially combines immunotherapy with targeted therapy to address both immune evasion and oncogenic driver mutations in cancer treatment.
