Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anti-PD-1 humanized monoclonal antibody is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. Developed by Anhui Anke Biotechnology, it is designed to bind to PD-1 on the surface of T cells, thereby inhibiting its interaction with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2. This blockade prevents the inhibitory signaling that tumors use to evade the immune system, effectively restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials in China for the treatment of various advanced malignant solid tumors and lymphomas.
