Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anti-PD-L1-800 is a fluorescently labeled monoclonal antibody probe designed for the noninvasive detection and quantification of Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression. It consists of an anti-PD-L1 antibody conjugated to the near-infrared (NIR) fluorophore IRDye 800CW. The agent is utilized in fluorescence lifetime (FLT) tomography to distinguish between bound and unbound probes, allowing for spatially resolved mapping of PD-L1 in deep-seated tumors, such as liver cancer. This diagnostic tool aims to improve the assessment of PD-L1 heterogeneity and guide immunotherapy selection by providing a more accurate, in vivo alternative to traditional ex vivo immunohistochemistry.
