Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anti-PNAG is an investigational cancer vaccine being developed by Iaso Therapeutics that targets poly-N-acetylglucosamine (PNAG), a polysaccharide expressed on certain cancer cells. The vaccine utilizes Iaso's proprietary mutant bacteriophage Qβ (mQβ) virus-like particle (VLP) platform technology to display PNAG antigens and provoke an immune response against PNAG-expressing cancer-related targets. The mQβ platform is designed to elicit superior antibody responses compared to conventional vaccine carriers. The vaccine has achieved validated proof of concept and is currently available for licensing.
