Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anti-POR006 antibody is a fully human recombinant monoclonal antibody developed by Portrai that targets POR006, a novel tumor-associated antigen identified through spatial transcriptomics. POR006 was prioritized using the PortraiTARGET platform due to its high tumor specificity and spatial homogeneity in squamous cell carcinomas (SQCC), particularly in lung and head and neck cancers, while showing minimal expression in normal tissues. The lead antibodies demonstrate sub-nanomolar binding affinities (as low as 0.09 nM) and high selectivity for POR006-expressing cells. Portrai is currently developing these antibodies into antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and radiopharmaceutical formats for the targeted treatment of SQCC.
