Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The anti-R110 monoclonal antibody is a specialized diagnostic and therapeutic candidate developed by SinABiomedics. It specifically targets the IGLV3-21R110 (R110) biomarker, a unique B-cell light-chain rearrangement found in a subset of patients with high-risk Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). Currently, the antibody is employed as a diagnostic reagent for the identification of R110-positive CLL cells via flow cytometry. SinABiomedics is also advancing a therapeutic concept that leverages this antibody's specificity to selectively target and eliminate malignant CLL cells, potentially offering a precision medicine approach for patients harboring this specific biomarker.
