Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Enzolytics is developing a series of fully human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) for the treatment of COVID-19. These antibodies are identified through AI-driven analysis of over one million SARS-CoV-2 isolates to target 19 highly conserved, "immutable" epitopes on the virus. This approach is intended to ensure broad-spectrum neutralization across various viral variants, including Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Lambda. The program is currently in preclinical development in collaboration with the Texas A&M University Institute for Preclinical Studies, with manufacturing support provided by Samsung Biologics.
