Anti-SPP-1 is a therapeutic agent under investigation for its potential in treating hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It targets secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP-1), a protein implicated in tumor progression and immune evasion. Preclinical studies suggest that anti-SPP-1 therapy, particularly in combination with anti-CTLA-4 immunotherapy, can significantly inhibit tumor growth.
