antipyridamab

Antipyridamab, also known as Pai'anpulimab, is a monoclonal antibody developed by Akeso Biopharma. It functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). This drug is an IgG1 subtype with a modified Fc-end, designed to enhance efficacy and reduce immune-related adverse events. It is approved in China for the treatment of relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma, locally advanced or metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin, and relapsed/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is also being investigated for other indications, including advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
