Antispike

Antispike is an anti-adhesion barrier gel developed for the prevention of postoperative abdominal adhesions. It is designed for single-use intraperitoneal administration during surgical procedures, such as for acute phlegmonous appendicitis, to provide a temporary physical separation between internal tissues and organs during the critical stages of the healing process. By acting as a mechanical barrier, the gel prevents the formation of fibrin bridges and subsequent fibrous adhesions between traumatized tissues. The product is developed and manufactured by the Belarusian Republican Unitary Enterprise Unitekhprom BSU.
