Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Antitumor leukocyte preparation is an adoptive cell therapy and cellular vaccine developed by Innovita Research for the treatment of various cancers, including melanoma, renal, colorectal, brain, prostate, lung, and gastric cancers. The preparation consists of leukocytes (such as T lymphocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells) that are primed or activated extracorporeally with immunostimulatory agents or xenogeneic differentiation antigens to enhance their antitumor activity. Once administered, these leukocytes act as an adoptive immunotherapy or cellular vaccine to break immune tolerance and promote robust, tumor-specific immune responses.
