ANV419 + lenalidomide + dexamethasone is an investigational combination regimen for multiple myeloma treatment. **ANV419** is a potent, selective antibody–cytokine fusion protein designed as an IL-2Rβγ selective interleukin-2 (IL-2) agonist, stimulating cytotoxic CD8+ T and NK cells to induce anti-tumor responses with fewer side effects typical of high-dose IL-2[4][6]. **Lenalidomide** is an immunomodulatory small molecule that regulates immune activity and inhibits angiogenesis, used extensively in myeloma therapy. **Dexamethasone** is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation and modulates immune response, commonly combined with other agents in myeloma. This combination is currently under study in the OMNIA-2 Phase I/II trial in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, targeting improved efficacy through synergistic activation of anti-tumor immunity[3][4].
