ANV700

ANV700 is a novel, proximity-activated IL-21 receptor agonist designed to selectively reinvigorate tumor-reactive PD-1 expressing T cells. It employs the Proximity Activated Cytokine (PAC) concept to focus IL-21 signaling specifically on T cells within the tumor microenvironment, with the goal of reversing T cell exhaustion and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. The drug is being developed by Anaveon, a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company based in Basel, Switzerland. As of late 2024, ANV700 remains in preclinical development with plans for further advancement into clinical studies for cancer indications[1][3][5][8].
