ANY002 (also known as Oral GLP1 product B) is an oral peptide formulation of a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist developed by Anya Biopharm. It utilizes the company's proprietary Mira/Je® platform, which is designed to enable the oral delivery of peptides that are typically administered via injection. ANY002 is intended for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity. As of late 2024, the drug is in preclinical development, specifically at the prototype stage in animal studies. Despite its early clinical stage, Anya Biopharm has successfully licensed ANY002 to several pharmaceutical partners globally, including a major South Korean company, for development in various international markets.
