Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AOX2.0 serum is a topical antioxidant formulation composed of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Feverfew (*Tanacetum parthenium*), and Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). It is designed to provide dual-action protection against ultraviolet (UV) radiation-induced skin damage. The serum works by significantly reducing UV-induced lipid peroxidation in keratinocytes and fibroblasts and preserving epidermal barrier integrity. Research presented at the AAD 2026 meeting demonstrated that AOX2.0 maintains filaggrin expression and increases transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER) following oxidative stress, thereby supporting epidermal recovery and overall skin health.
