Overview

AP-161 is an allogenic targeted natural killer (NK) cell therapy in development for the treatment of tumors that express the membrane protein mHsp70. The therapy is designed to target and destroy cancer cells presenting this specific stress-induced protein on their surface. AP-161 is being developed by Alphageneron and represents a form of cell-based immunotherapy aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
