Overview

AP10 is a G-quadruplex DNA aptamer that has been designed in silico to target the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. This aptamer is being investigated for its potential in both the diagnosis and therapeutic intervention of SARS-CoV-2 infection by blocking the virus's ability to bind to host cells.
