Overview

AP362 is a selective glucocorticoid receptor modulator (SGRM) with a novel profile of action. It is designed to retain the benefits of anti-inflammatory steroid medicines such as prednisolone while having fewer side effects. AP362 is a non-steroidal oral drug candidate that could potentially be taken as a once-daily tablet to control inflammatory diseases such as eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, and asthma.
