Apatinib mesylate + recombinant human endostatin is a combination therapy used primarily in the treatment of advanced or metastatic cancers, notably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Apatinib mesylate is an orally administered small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), thereby inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. Recombinant human endostatin is a biologic antiangiogenic agent that inhibits endothelial cell proliferation and migration, further suppressing new blood vessel formation in tumors. The combination has demonstrated improved therapeutic efficacy and immune function with fewer side effects compared to standard chemotherapy in clinical studies for NSCLC[1][7]. Both agents act synergistically to block tumor vascularization and growth.
