APB-ADC

APB-ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Aprilbio. ADCs are a class of targeted cancer therapies that combine a monoclonal antibody specific for tumor-associated antigens with a cytotoxic drug payload, linked via a chemical linker. This design allows the ADC to selectively bind to cancer cells, become internalized, and release the cytotoxic agent inside the malignant cell, thereby minimizing damage to healthy tissue. As of now, APB-ADC is in the discovery stage and is being investigated primarily for neoplasms (cancers)[1][3]. The precise antigen target and payload composition for APB-ADC have not been disclosed.
