APB-R5 is a novel drug candidate being co-developed by AprilBio Co. Ltd. and Yuhan Corp. for the treatment of intractable solid cancers. It is being developed using AprilBio's proprietary SAFA (Sustained Antibody Fc-fusion Approach) platform technology, which is designed to create dual- and long-acting fusion proteins. The collaboration aims to leverage AprilBio's SAFA platform and dual-action anticancer drug development technology with Yuhan's immunotherapy development expertise to create a substance that can safely and effectively remove cancer cells.
