APEX-90

APEX-90 is a synthetic, macrodose psilocybin drug product developed by Apex Labs for the treatment of severe depression within diagnosed post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It is administered in-clinic in combination with assisted psychotherapy. The drug is currently being evaluated in the SUMMIT-90 clinical trial, a double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 2b study involving multiple doses and targeting 160 patients across Canada and Israel. Secondary indications under investigation include standalone PTSD symptoms, chronic pain, and anxiety.
