APG-157 is Aveta Biomics' investigational oral botanical immunomodulatory anticancer drug. It is a proprietary multi-polyphenol formulation containing curcumin and is administered as a dissolving hydrogel pastille or soft lozenge. APG-157 is designed to reprogram the tumor microenvironment by reducing tumor-promoting inflammatory and immunosuppressive signaling, promoting macrophage polarization toward an M1-like antitumor state, and supporting intratumoral cytotoxic T-cell and natural-killer-cell activity. Its molecular binding targets and complete proprietary constituent composition have not been publicly established. Development includes a global Phase 3 study in locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, Phase 2 oral-dysplasia development, and Phase 1b/2a development with bevacizumab in recurrent high-grade glioma.
