Overview

**APG273** is an investigational long-acting combination of zumilokibart, formerly APG777, an anti-interleukin-13 monoclonal antibody, and APG333, an anti-thymic stromal lymphopoietin monoclonal antibody. It is being developed by Apogee Therapeutics as a potential subcutaneous co-formulation intended to provide dual blockade of IL-13 and TSLP, complementary inflammatory drivers of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
