**APH-0812** is an Aphios-developed HIV latency-reversal program based on a protein kinase C modulator, with bryostatin 1 identified by Aphios as its active pharmaceutical ingredient. Aphios describes the program as using PKC agonists with or without histone deacetylase inhibitors, including a nanoparticle co-encapsulation approach, to reactivate transcriptionally silent HIV reservoirs for clearance in the presence of antiretroviral therapy or immune-mediated elimination.
