Aphranel MagiCCrystal is a regenerative medical aesthetic injectable device developed by Shanghai Moyom Biotechnology. It is formulated as 30% calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a 70% carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) gel carrier. The product utilizes proprietary ACD-MT® 'raspberry-like' through-hole porous microsphere technology and PCD-ETT® physically crosslinked CMC gel technology. Its primary mechanism involves the biostimulation of fibroblasts to promote collagen regeneration and tissue integration, providing both immediate structural support and long-term skin quality improvement. It is indicated for facial aesthetic applications, including structural contouring and volume restoration in areas such as the forehead, midface, and jawline. Aphranel MagiCCrystal is the first CaHA filler to receive NMPA Class III medical device certification in China and has also achieved EU MDR certification.
