Overview

APL-103 is an investigational small molecule inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) being developed by Apollomics. It is designed to target and inhibit the tyrosine kinase activity of EGFR, a protein often overexpressed or mutated in various cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer and other solid tumors. By blocking EGFR signaling, APL-103 aims to suppress tumor cell proliferation and survival. The drug was part of the pipeline associated with CrownMab Biotech before being listed under Apollomics' oncology portfolio.
