Overview

APL-2501 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Claudin 6 (CLDN6) and Claudin 9 (CLDN9), developed by Asieris Pharmaceuticals. The drug acts as an inhibitor of CLDN6 and CLDN9, which are tight junction proteins overexpressed in certain cancers.
