Drug intelligence / Profile preview
APS08 is a small molecule pan-KRAS inhibitor developed by Applied Pharmaceutical Science. It is designed to target multiple oncogenic KRAS mutations, specifically G12C, G12D, G12V, and G13D. These mutations are prevalent drivers in various malignancies, including pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Unlike mutation-specific inhibitors, APS08 aims to provide a broader therapeutic reach by inhibiting several common KRAS variants simultaneously. It is currently in the lead discovery stage of development for the treatment of multiple solid tumors.
