**Apsonic** is an oral fixed-dose analgesic and anti-inflammatory combination developed by Genspec Lifesciences. It contains aceclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits cyclooxygenase-mediated prostaglandin synthesis; paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic; and serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme used to help reduce inflammatory swelling. It is intended for the management of pain and inflammation.
