Overview

APT-0001P is an investigational RNA therapy developed by Aptah Bio for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM). It utilizes the proprietary RNA WiCo™ platform to target the U1 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (U1 snRNP). The mechanism of action involves modulating RNA splicing and processing, which are critical pathways often hijacked in aggressive brain tumors like glioblastoma. As of early 2024, the candidate is in the IND-enabling phase of development.
