Overview

APVO-437 is an investigational bispecific T‑cell engaging antibody from Aptevo Therapeutics’ ADAPTIR platform that targets CD123 on malignant myeloid cells and CD3 on T cells to redirect T‑cell cytotoxicity against CD123‑expressing tumor cells, being explored primarily for acute myeloid leukemia and related CD123+ malignancies.[4][1] Preclinical evaluations reported antibody‑like serum half‑life in mice (up to ~12.5 days) and dose‑, target‑antigen‑, and effector:target‑dependent cytotoxicity in primary human AML specimens, with accompanying T‑cell activation and depletion of CD123+ populations.[4][1]
