Drug intelligence / Profile preview
APVO452 is a trispecific immune cell engager biologic developed by Aptevo Therapeutics utilizing its proprietary ADAPTIR-FLEX™ platform. It is engineered to target prostate cancer by simultaneously binding to Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) on tumor cells, CD3 on T cells to activate them, and CD40 to modulate immunosuppressive cells within the tumor microenvironment. This multi-pronged mechanism aims to achieve potent and durable anti-tumor responses while minimizing systemic toxicity.
