Overview

**aQII-11** is an investigational **MF59-adjuvanted quadrivalent, cell-derived, inactivated influenza subunit vaccine** developed by Seqirus. It was evaluated as one of several antigen- and adjuvant-dose formulations in a completed Phase 2 study in adults aged 50 years and older. The formulation contained influenza A/H1N1, influenza A/H3N2, influenza B/Yamagata-lineage, and influenza B/Victoria-lineage antigens and was intended to prevent seasonal influenza.
